ATC Plugin? <resolved>

Post by LSGreen »

Hello all, I have an Acorn Six with Acorn Six Router Ultimate software. I am trying to get my ATC working, I still have some work to do but its coming along. My current problem is when try to use the MDI to input a command (T1M6) I get the message (ATC M106 not available - ATC plug in required for functionality). I understand that automatic tool change is included it the ultimate software, am I wrong? Any Help or comments would be appreciated. Thanks

For help you will be asked for a current report as they will have no way of knowing what settings you have in your system.

I reinstalled the license, didn’t help. So the report shows free mode? that’s gotta be a problem, how can I fix that? Is the problem with the license or is it with the software? I also use the axis squaring home routine that works fine. It also requires the purchase of pro or ultimate. This seems odd

as an experiment. try this AcornSix Pro License attached.
with cnc12 closed.
open c:\cncm folder and delete the LICENSE.DAT file in the folder (there is only one)
now start CNC12 normally and go install the Pro License file attached and try it out and let me know what happens.

Thank you, that looks as if it has solved that problem, now my next question is sense the file is "PRO" what becomes of my ultimate license? Also the fresh report is added.

thanks,
License files are forever. :D you can load up any license file (for that system) into CNC12 at any point. so no issues with using pro or ultimate at anytime or switching between them etc.

what i need to do is figure out why your ultimate license file was giving you issues. please post a copy of the Ultimate license you were using so i can check it out.
