Hi Guys - Need somme help. I was PID tuning my z-axis when I ran into some oscillation. Before I could hit the e-stop the z bounced up and tripped the limit switch, but not just a little bit. Now the z will not come back down. I've even removed the cover and tried to turn the belt manually (which has worked in the past) but no luck - no movement at all.
Anyone have a trick to get it loose?
Any while I'm asking... when I am tuning, my orange wave line is not centered on the red line. It is about 1 points above it. Suggestions on hoe to get that back where it belongs?
Thanks -

Found the answer on another forum. It required loosening the bolts on the housing between the quill and upper housing. That received just enough pressure to allow the belt to turn again.
