Having trouble programming a repeat depth when doing an arc using tool offset. If I program tool center there is no trouble.
Can someone show me how to enter the events properly?

Re: Depth Repeat question Intercon
Did you include the offset block in the list of blocks to repeat? Post your Intercon code so we can see what you are trying to do without guessing.
Cheers,
Tom

I have CDO. It's like OCD, but the letters are where they should be.

Re: Depth Repeat question Intercon
The foolproof way to do it, as Tom indicates, is to include your comp-on, lead-in, profile, comp-off and lead-out operations all in the range that you are repeating.
If your profile is a closed path, so that the end of the lead-in and the start of the lead-out are exactly the same XY point, then you can often get away with leaving cutter comp active and just depth-repeating the closed-path portion.

exactly, that strategy is covered in the ancient mill training video intercon section as well.cncsnw wrote: ↑Wed Mar 09, 2022 2:18 pm The foolproof way to do it, as Tom indicates, is to include your comp-on, lead-in, profile, comp-off and lead-out operations all in the range that you are repeating.
