Changing parameter 960 to 0. It is working now.

The board was in an enclosure. H5,h7 output never used. Only inputs were used, pin 1,2 6,7.8, all so H2, H3.
could this happen from the factory? I am just noticing now because I want to use it. Can I just purchase the bottom half of the acorn board?

It is the same 24v plus 5v power supply that is on Centroid web page. the 5vold is hooked up to Chanel 1, 5-volt output. if input code m61,m62,m64,m65,m66,m67,m68. all those relays are working. the only one is not is number 3. it does not change at all.

Install 4.5. There was no change.

The video is fixed.

Trouble with the relay board. When CNC12 connects to acorn, then the number 3 relay light turns orange. I check it at the PLC diagnostic menu. If I toggle the output on number 3 on, the plc light turns green. on the relay, nothing happens.

Acorn was working well. then (CNC 12v4.12) was making every part travel Z Height to machine max height.
Uninstall CNC12 then reinstall cnc12 v4.12 reset all set. In wizard
Open CNC12v4.12 move all axis. All stepper motors working to move Y axis close to homing switch. Push homing cycle. One ...

I removed cnc12. Then reinstalled and set it up X, Y, Z. still no change. The X jog moves the Z axis. Y moves the X axis. Z moves the Y axis. Here is screen shot.

If the stepper motors need to be wired in specified spot, on the acorn board. Why did it not show on the wiring schematics?
