Thank you! I have it all running and cutting metal with the acorn, just no THC yet, Mach3 is history!

It did slow the circle down to about 30 ipm same as outside I guess maybe more adjustments I could get it to 60 percent of the feed rate for holes.
But even if I got it working to 60 percent of feed rate for holes I wouldnt want it slowing down to 60 percent on curves that are so little it wouldnt ...

I make a simple design in solidworks 4x4 square with a one inch hole in the middle.
I want to cut the outside about 30 inches a minute for .5 inch plate and it works but then I also want to cut the one inch circle before the outside
at about 20 inches a minute. I use Sheetcam with the post ...

That last post did it can control all speeds from sheet cam!

I line up a few simple parts and the fist one cuts great at 34 imp on 3/8 steel same with the second hole but then for some reason the next cut shifts down the speed almost to 2 ipm also my jog speed is so low its worthless. Now I havent touched anything when this happens just does it automatically ...

I should also say im in drive type bench test still if that matters, but xyz moves exactly the amount it says it does.

I installed that post and it said use feed rate equals true.
I made 4 of the same circles and one at 20 ipm 40 ipm 60 ipm and 80ipm
It ran them all at 61 ipm with smoothing off
Then I turned smoothing on and it ran each one at 220 ipm

If Im using sheet cam and I set the speed to say 50 for a hole then 120 ipm for the outside, the centroid acorn ignores it and sets the speed the same for the hole and outside at what it is set in the profile manager. Its cool I can change the speed in the profile manager but I want the hole one ...
