Does anyone have a good recommendation on a servo choice for 3axis on a AcornSix.
From what I understand it has to be a servo that uses step/ direction.
I've been told that ethercat or RS protocol will not work. Is this true.

I changed the pinout on the x axis now and did the setup in wizard. It seems to be working correctly.
I've now moved the control cabinet into position and I'm starting work on the machine ...

Ok so all 3 axis is now connected and working. did some MDI code and they all move as they should still without any ENABLE wires connected.
Im going to move the controller into position now.
Most all stepper drives are "enabled" by default so the connection is not needed. If you wire it up ...
