Hi,
I have purchased a usb XJ-24.
Downloaded the centroid_Xkeys24.zip file
Which is the file which holds the macro file and images for the XK-24 to work the Centroid CNC.
I can see loads of images.
Are there any instructions or youtube videos?
Does anyone have instructions?

From your comments I rechecked the Revolution per Travel on the X axis.
On the Wizard configuration mine was set to .05 , I tried 1.00 and now the starting position is correct.

I have 2 mechanical switches working on my lathe and these work fine for home positions.

I have noticed while the lathe is in operation if you manually trip the switches or while in operation they do not stop the lathe.

How can I correct this?

I have generated in Fusion 360 Gcode.
I have noticed even thought I have set home, setup part size, tool positions, Sample Pawn m works fine
In the code it shows starting at X22.2
The part is 22mm diameter, should the position be X11.1.
When I run the code the starting position is X22.2

Given that the screen shot shows it is in G99 mode (feedrate driven by spindle revolutions), and the displayed spindle RPM is zero, it is no surprise that the message window says "Moving..." but the axes are not moving. The control is waiting for some rotation from the spindle encoder.

Centroid took a look at the code and verified it would run. But there was no current report and as such could not troubleshoot this further. Looking at your report you sent, you have a spindle encoder setup in the software. Is a spindle encoder physically connected? Is it 2000 line / 8000 counts ...

It's not stopping because of the G3. It's stopping because of the G99 feed per rev command. You either don't have a spindle encoder, or your are losing steps because your Z-axis cannot move at 3mm per revolution. My guess is the former since you *should* be able to move at 1mm/rev.
