CENTROID 3D CNC Digitizing

Would a mill with an Acorn, ClearPath servos, and Centroid Ultimate CNC be able to perform digitizing like is shown in this video:

I will but that will be a while from now.
I want to complete the router to get used to Centroid and then move on to the mill which is where I will want to do the digitizing.
