I'm setting up a new CNC PC and am trying to import my license file. I have it saved on my desktop, but when I go to import it, the file explorer window that pops up does not show anything....

Turn off the Windows setting to hide file extensions. The file on your desktop is actually named licenseinfo.dat.txt. Notice the icon image denoting a text file and the filetype of TXT?

You need to delete that extra .txt extension that has been added.
