Wiring CNCRP Spindle to Acorn.

I am wiring the cncrp spindle into the Acorn board. I am using their panel connector. The attached photo is their wiring setup for that connector. I am just starting and having fun meeting up their coding to the Acorn coding. I have the schematic for standard connections. Has anyone done a schematic for the cncrp spindle.

Cncrp code
Fault Gnd
Fault C E Stop
FWD
DCM
AVI
ACM
REFERENCE 10v

Centroid code
VFD RESET
SPIN REVERSE
SPIN FORWARD
VFD COMMON
0-10v com
0-10vdc
Both fault relay

Hello!
what's a CNCRP spindle? photos?
post the link to the manual for the VFD you are using.

It’s their proprietary spindle for their setup. I was hoping someone could decipher their code to standard vfd verbiage. If not I will wait till I get it today and hopefully be able to trace their wire colors from the vfd to the connector to determine the setup. They use a 14 pin panel connector so that is what I am using so I don’t have to rewire the connector on the spindle.

The box contains the vfd and some cooling fans. It’s plug and play to their cnc. So it will fit right onto my cnc except for the wiring to the Acorn board. I have to take the panel connector that fits their 14 pin connector and wire it into the acorn board. Problem is just Eric verbiage to the acorn verbiage.

ok.. do the publish a manual or at least a schematic for it?
whats the input voltage and output voltage to the motor?

Their wiring list say 10v for control. It’s a 220v in and 220v 3ph out.

ok.. 0-10 analog input i assume. so we really need a wiring diagram at minimum to be able to try and cross reference.

guessing here..

Fault Gnd............. Acorn Fault Common
Fault C E Stop............ Acorn SpindleOK
FWD........... Acorn Spin FWD output
DCM (assuming this is VFD Com) ......... Acorn VFD Common
AVI (Analog Voltage Input???).......... Acorn AN Out connection
ACM ( i assume this is Analog Common).......... Acorn AN GND
REFERENCE 10v................... ( or is this is Analog Common?)

anybody else got a guess?

need manual/schematic from the manufacture of this setup..

attached is the Acorn generic VFD schematic

Thanks. Arriving today and it’s poring down rain. Have to go out for a few hours. Left two large plastic bags on the porch. Sheesh.

Devlin...
Ive done a couple of them. Here's what you need:

Analog speed control:
Acorn > Spindle
AN GND > ACM
AN OUT > AVI

Spindle forward (run)
! output set to "Spin FWD"
The "NO" & "COM" terminals of that relay connected to "DCM" & "FWD" (no order)
