Virtual e stop

Ok guys, my virtual e stop has stopped working?? I'm just bench testing at the moment not sure what I may have done but my mechanical estop is working but not on my control panel ?? Any help or ideas would be much appreciated

More info please.
Touch screen? If so, can you unplug the USB cable from the monitor and try and click on the virtual Estop button on the Virtual Control Panel and see if mouse clicking it works?

Ok Marty, yes a touchscreen, a planar pct2235 , virtual estop doesnt work in any manner, it did when I first got everything hooked up but not now, I'm using a lenovo tiny as my computer also

You aren't hitting the Estop button. You are pressing an All Stop button. The virtual
Estop is that BIG red button underneath the All Stop button that you are pushing in your video...says RESET
Look up the function of the red stop button in the Mill or lathe user manual
