Build Thread Bridgeport V2XT - All in one DC
I am working through the steps of the bench test and I have hit a minor snag on 1 step so far.
I am on page 29, section 4 step 3 Disable PLC faults for limit switches...... In the previous steps I defeated the limit switches by the dip switches as indicated in the video of the bench test. My particular problem is when I access the IO screen and navigate to the top left box as indicated in that step, I have no labels for any of the inputs. This particular step calls out 1 should be "Ax1_minusLimitOk_I". I have no labels on any input or output, and when I try and use ctrl alt and I nothing changes. All inputs are green when defeated as indicated below. I cannot alter any input from 1-11 and again no labels. Is this an issue?

Build Thread Bridgeport V2XT - All in one DC-Encoders
I am on step 7 of configure Encoder Counts per revolution. I just want to verify the values I have and the input of 8,000 encoder counts/rev based on 2,000 x 4.

Build Thread Bridgeport V2XT - All in one DC- Step 4.2 Bench Test
I am still working through the bench test and have overcome a few issues but still awaiting feedback on encoder count.
My next questions is as I start out on 4.2 running bench test for spindle bench test for voltage read out, I cannot get to the point where I run the spindle bench test program due to some errors on the screen for MPG encoder error. Any ideas how I can clear these? Parameter 218 is set to 0 and I did not do anything with #348 or #350 as I am not running a wireless MPG.

This has been corrected, I did not have a PLC program installed.

Build Thread Bridgeport V2XT - All in one DC- Benchtest spindle
I have been able to complete the comms stress test and made it to the same step 3 times in the spindle test. I input the correct voltages for the 4 measurements and it seemed the program just stopped and did not display the spindle pass screen. Please see the image for clarification of the line it stopped on. Voltages were 2.5, 5.0, 7.5, 10.0.

Re: Build Thread Bridgeport V2XT - All in one DC
Please post a fresh report from this system. This will let us see your configuration, PLC, license status, etc. and make it a lot easier to troubleshoot.
