I bought a Plasma setup a couple of months ago trying to replace a bad controller from another manufacturer. I recently ran into an issue with the THC not responding to the sensors so I connected directly to the Acorn board and they worked. Is there something more I can do to to verify the THC board How do I get the THC board replaced, The order number is 9014. Thank you for your time.

Can you please post a fresh report from CNC12?

A report can be created in the F7 Utility Menu.

Did the inputs to the TX board ever function?

What does your Wiring look like? Pictures of the wiring would be helpful

What Schematic did you use for wiring?

The THC is set to installed in the Profile manager's THC config menu , correct?
