Mine came with a USB dongle....
They like UPS instead of USPS for things like this. USPS even provides free flat rate mailing materials too!
I think UPS has a minimum fee...

Will it do both lathe & mill Intercon and what about using it on a couple different PC's as long as the dongle's plugged in on the desired PC.

It will work on any pc as long as the dongle is present.
