Can someone do a video on lathe tool setup, offsets, etc.? My first adventure into CNC was a lathe running on Mach3 and the tool setup was very confusing to me. For some reason, my brain can comprehend mill tool offsets but the lathe setup not so much.

Get the lathe operator's manual, it does a good job of explaining how to set them up. It will be awhile before I can do one on the lathe....retrofitting it with permanent control and doing an All in One DC on a knee mill....

I like videos. Maybe Keith will have some time to produce one?
