What is acceptable straightness and parallelism for machine frame.

Hi all.
I've done some googling but the answers are all over the show. I want to build another centroid cnc machine wotj truni9n 4th axis and I can get a very nice bare cast iron frame that I can then fit rails and everything onto it myself. The seller guarantees 0.01mm straightness and parallelism on the frame.
I know that final product comes down to how much time I spend on it and the quality of the rails and balls screws but is 0.01mm acceptable starting point for a fully machined frame?
Regards
