Electronics cooling fans

I'm planning on installing my motor power supply inside an enclosure and would imagine cooling fans would be a good idea. I want to run three 80mm PC type cooling fans. The current consumption is pretty low on these fans...usually around 0.07-0.14 amps.
The 24v supply included with the Acorn is rated at 1.1 amps. Worst case, assuming the fan specs are accurate, they should draw about 0.5 amps for all 3...so about half the rating of the PS. Is this safe to do or a bad idea?
