If you have FLB connected to INP10, but nothing connected to FLC, then you do not have a complete circuit. That would explain why INP10 is red, and why you get a spindle drive fault message. Install wire #946, from your 0VDC (COM) distribution terminals, to FLC.

Hmm. INP10 is green, but you are getting "9028 SPINDLE FAULT!"

That is not an error. It is showing you the drive bus number. Refer to section 2.4 in the AllIn1DC CNC Control Installation Manual.
