Ok I got Cnc 12 installed. I have XYZ moving, I don’t see a spot to move/rotate the rotary axis. Is the rotary axis enabled in cnc12 plasma? I can move the rotary in MDI. I’ll work on hooking up the plasma.

Can you confirm that divider voltage 50:1 goes to
Positive + to Gnd on TX board
Negative- to ANLV on TX board

I have asked this question as well. It caught my attention. I am done doing my wiring EXCEPT for this last part.
IF it is indeed correct, then it must be highlighted and clarified on the drawings

about the divider voltage connections....chuck will add a note on the plasma THC schematics to emphasize that the schematic is correct and i'll add a few sentences in the users manual about this as well. -k

I have a couple questions
I bought the 5:1 reducers they come with 1/4” input although they do not make 1/4” output. They said they could but there is a 10 piece min order. I have a 14 tooth rack but from what I see they do not make a 14 tooth with 14mm bore. Options ? Put the rack in my lathe bore to 14mm and Broach a keyway if I have room, or buy a 25 tooth rack? Will a rack with more teeth be an issue that any of you see?

Second question. I have a 4th axis, for me to be able to take advantage of this and by this machine being able to convert to a Cnc router also will I need to purchase the cnc12 router version and switch between the plasma software and the router software to use the router part along with the 4th axis?

I have a Floating head Mechanical switch and a breakaway switch but am unsure what the schematic means by a Torch TouchOff because that goes to a relay.

hello. please describe the Torch Touch off setup you wish to use. There are three ways to setup.. all use breakaway as safety to prevent crashes.

1.) Torch Tip with Float switch and Breakaway

2.) Torch Tip only with Breakaway

3.) Float Switch only with Breakaway
