Looking at your drawing.... It looks like you used a one piece fork. Did you machine it from Delrin?

Yes single piece from delrin. They are kind of sacrificial in a way, much better to break off a fork then bend your platter or main shaft.

My thoughts exactly... I machined some out of Delrin and 3d printed some as well to use during testing. The 3d printed ones will snap easily for sure.
