How are those handwheels working for you? I noticed that they look to have a differential output but USBBOB expects single ended. Very nice build by the way, excellent cabinet layout.

They work great centroid467, do you have an issue with them? I can send you my wiring

I don't have any issues with them but I am definitely curious about the wiring.

This is the auto gear selection High and low M3 and M4 that I have done so far. I am very confused on the part :
where can I obtain the assigned g code speed (Sxxxx value) so that I can use it as reference to ( if sxxxx >=350RPM High Gear otherwise Low Gear)

CNC system variable #4119 holds the last (RPM-mode) 'S' command.

See section 8.2.16 in the Lathe operator's manual.

What I have done in the two M3 and M4 will then work?

For everyone:
After fixing some small errors these M3 and M4 files work.
Now my lathe will switch gears depending on the spindle speed programmed in the G code
