Overwriting Loaded Job

try v5.08 i remember we were experimenting with having cnc12 "let go" of the file that is currently loaded so other programs could overwrite it, but i can't remember off the top of my head how we left it, i'll look back in the svn and see if i can find some notes in this regard on monday.

This is why I continue to ask for a single Release Notes file with the CNC12 release notes for all versions. Otherwise, trying to find when or if a problem that was reported back in v4.14 was fixed, becomes a very tedious process.

i just tested on v5.08 and i can overwrite a g code job with an editor while it is loaded in CNC12
