Home built slant bed lathe cool.
Suggestion, move the tool post to the top (rear mounted) chips will fall away easier.
Lathe uses Z and X axis
Lathes normall home to the tailstock Z+ and away from spindle centerline X+
You only need one switch for home limit. Suggest you use Z+ and X+
Input 1 FirstAxisHomeLimitOK (Z)
Input 2 SecondAxisHomeLimitOK (X)
Motor axis 1=Z
Motor axis 2=X
Then set your travels in the soft limit entries in the Wizard.

I built this lathe 15 years ago and I decided to upgrade it to Acorn. I will take your advise. Thanks Marty.

I can see all the work and effort you put into it. Very nice. I can't wait to see it running on Centroid. I think you'll like it
