I have also stopped the MPGclient task in the task manager, no blank screen, I can force this only if the receiver is losing contact and getting contact again while CNC12 is on.

I agree with both of you, Problem is I do not have the control in my shop and it is at the customers. All that is super simple if sitting in front of me. but I will see what I can do. Thank you both.

Ok a quick update, after getting on line with TeamViewer we ran the PC tuner and that did not fix the issue and so I tried to reinstall the version 5.22 and that did not work so we made the decision to update the CNC12 software with version 5.3 and that did work to get the pendant back going but even after making a backup we could not restore the older version software backup via the newer software. Atleast not with the videos I found and having to screenshot the Wizard screens. (And I tried it). IF that is possible then let me know. But getting running and making product with out more downtime was most important here. So I got a previous version 5.22 installed it and preformed the backup. And the MPG is working again. Not sure why the first attempt at 5.22 failed, but that is how it went.

Nevermind now the pendant is not working again. How do we update to the version 5.3 from version 5.22 easiest way?

yeah this has nothing to do with cnc12 versions.
if you tried it on a different PC then
i think the MPG usb antenna or MPG is dead, time to order a new one. :o

open v5.22 wizard, press CTRL P. save PDF
open v5.22 util menu create report.zip , save to thumb drive.
make a backup copy of the v5.22 cncm directory to a thumb drive or another hard drive.
run the CNC PC Tuner
run v5.30 installer
open v5.30 wizard, type in the values and settings from PDF made in step one, press write settings to cnc control and follow the instructions.

copy over g code programs and wcs and tool library if you want them from the v5.22 cnc directory to the new v5.30 directory

if you have custom VCP and/or macros, copy that over as well.

Back to square 1. We completely wiped off the computer and did a fresh setup using the PC Tuner and also the to two added "house cleaning duties" and installed the latest cnc Router software version 5.3. All worked for two days then we are back to the blank screen. The customer has two pendants one from original install earlier this year and one they purchased last week. I did post here on the link last week and reported the progress. But I do not see my post. Any thoughts? After doing the completer reinstall and set up they put the original MPG back on and it worked flawlessly. Now again neither of the units work. Attached are the Pendant pictures and a report.
