Isn't that what I just posted? I want to make sure and share the right things so hopefully it's correct. I do appreciate any help offered at least it steers me in the correct direction

When you reply to a post, below the white box you are typing in are two tabs labeled "options" and "attachments". Click the "attachments" tab and select "add files". Select the .zip report you just created from where ever you stored it on your PC. After it loads the .zip file click the "place inline" button next to the file name to insert it in your post and submit it. This is how the forum requests you upload reports.
All photos and can go in your Google Album so you keep them all in one place.

I'm not sure if it makes a difference but I just unhooked the spindle output from the vfd thinking maybe that would address a possible electrical interference issue and it made no difference. Once I click the manual off on the spindle while it continues to run a cycle everything works as normal

That won’t work, the noise isn’t coming from the actual spindle itself, it’s the VFD generating the EMI/RFI. Your error report has ethernet communication errors. Thanks for uploading the report.
See this doc on tips to fix the issue:

If your machine lacks shielded cable where necessary (and that shield is not ground properly) or that machine does not have a common ground bus bar it’ll be more tricky to solve this issue and only add to your problems.

I don't know if any wire is shielded on the entire machine. I will get started tonight I'm checking things out. The ethernet issue may be from me powering down my computer or rebooting it
