This isn't exactly what you are talking about but it is super easy and may give you similar effect.
Machines have been using light stacks for years to display the status of the machine.
The acorn wizard has this function built right in.

The green light means in progress, amber is machine idle and red is fault.
You could use the red light function to an output and wire a green light to the NC terminal and a red light to NO terminal.
That way you at least have a green light that means no fault. and a red light that means there is a fault somewhere.
It may not be a panel of green lights but it would be a green no fault light.
