Marty thanks for your response I did the procedure and the results I have are the following:
It does not change direction, in any of the motors, the response of the motors is a weak signal, also in the engine 3 there was a vibration in the motor and when I make the change of direction the response is very weak means that no It rotates at the same speed, I made the change of engine and presents the same vibration as with the previous engine, therefore I am deducing that there is a problem with the Drivers, because when I started to do the tests, the speed of the engines was very weak. I enable the pulse box again and the motors respond well except the Z motor that is the one that is generating the vibration.

Marty gracias por su respuesta hice el procedimiento y los resultados que tengo son los siguientes:
No hace cambio de dirección, en ninguno de los motores, la respuesta de los motores es una señal débil, ademas en el motor 3 se produjo una vibración en el motor y cuando hago el cambio de dirección la respuesta es muy débil quiere decir que no gira a la misma velocidad, hice el cambio de motor y presenta la misma vibración que con el anterior motor, por lo tanto estoy deduciendo que hay algún problema con los Drivers, por que cuando empece hacer las pruebas, la velocidad de los motores era muy débil. vuelvo a habilitar la casilla de pulso y los motores responden bien excepto el motor Z que es el que esta generando la vibración.

Did you do a proper bench test?
That is, Acorn to PC communication first.
Then wire ONE drive and ONE motor to Acorn and get it to work and resolve issues before wiring the control cabinet.

The DMMDRV screenshots show that you are in RS232. Did you take those BEFORE you read from the drive?
Is your machine running now or no?
