Problema de configuracion ACORN

Already present the case where, referring to the motors not turning, I count the elements that I have for my machine:
The machine I own is a Millport ref X635. the screws are re-circulating balls 32 mm in diameter and 5 mm pitch. The Z axis has a reduction by gears 18 to 36 teeth bevel gears.
I have installed a YASKAWA speed variator V1000 2.2 KW.
The engines and Draiver that I am using are of the DMM brand ref 640 DTS of 400 Watts, for the X, Y, Z and Fourth axis.
I use the ACORN card with the V-4-18 software which is the last one that came out.
I have installed the 6 NPN limit switches to control the 3 axes connected in series, starting with the axis -Z, -Y-, -X, according to the plans supplied by Centroid.
The choice of engine power is because the engines I use on the X, Y axes are 200 watts at 200 RPM.
In the tests that I have done with the DMM software of which I attach the image, the motors rotate in both directions and I do the other movement tests, saving the readings that are obtained and pressing on PULSE / DIRECTION, saving the changes.
When I go to the From the Centroid card program with the configuration attached in the following images, none of the motors rotate in any way.
Change in the DMM GEAR Number program to 2000 and in Centroid to 8000 steps.
I still can't get the engines moving.
Read I appreciate your collaboration
Sincerely,
Oswaldo

Atentamente,
Oswaldo

hello. too much connected at once.. connect one thing at a time. drop back to basic connection.
disconnect the home switches. and remove them from the Wizard input 1
post a screen shot of the "advanced" menu in the wizard.
install a working Normally Closed Estop switch.
are you using the DB25...please post photos or your wiring and drives!

Bench Test Procedure

Stage 1. Communication Bench Test. Nothing but power and Ethernet cable connected

Stage 2. Connect a Normally Closed Estop. Set to NC in Wizard on input 8, verify proper Estop operation.

Stage 3. Connect one drive and motor. Verify motion

Stage 4. Connect Home Switch to HomeAll on input 1. verify proper operation in Alt i screen (input and output screen) in CNC12

Stage 5. Connect and configure other accessories and test.

WHICH DMM Drives do you have? DYN2 or DYN4?
I seem to remember you had DYN2 from a previous picture.
PLEASE take NEW pictures of your cabinet wiring.
PLEASE, GO TO YOUR DRIVE, write down or draw exactly how you wired it up.

You said you inverted your STEP settings in another post in order to get the motors to move.
That seems to indicate you miswired the STEP circuit. Go back and closely look at how you wired the drive and report back here.

DO NOT POST IN SOMEONE ELSES POST, it confuses things. We will try and help you here.

Oswaldo,
I'll bring the conversation back to your thread to avoid confusion as Marty suggested. I should have replied to you here.

So you have DYN-2 Drives.
Can you post detailed pics here of all your cable connections.
My youtube channel is Daniel M
I actually have to wire and bench test a couple of of DYN2s for my lathe conversation, I'll be sure to make a video of how I connected them and the bench testing. It might be a few days since I'm a little busy this weekend.

Oswaldo,
I may have found an issue.
Can you set your step rate to 200KHZ and UNCHECK your Step and Dir inversion boxes. Will your motors turn in both directions?
You MAY have to check or Uncheck the ENABLE box. YOu may note when you save it, exit the Wizard. Then come back into the Wizard, the Enable box may be the opposite of what you had it previously. BUT do please try at 200KHZ and let me know what you find.
