Hi,
I have posted recently regarding not being able to access InterCon through the F-5 button on screen still non functional……I didn’t get help on a solution to this .
Now I have tried to import a dxf file into InterCon and it graciously thinks for a moment and decides it wants to close the InterCon program.
I have closed and reopened cnc12 to no avail.
Thanks Doug

Re: InterCon Help
Have you tried reinstalling CNC12?
Start by making a fresh report and keeping that in a safe place like on a flash drive.
Then change the name of your current cncm folder to something like "cncm_backup."
Now reinstall CNC12 Plasma, installer available here: https://www.centroidcnc.com/centroid_di ... loads.html
Now restore the report you made earlier, by going to F7 - Utility > F2 - Restore report.
Follow the instructions given by CNC12 for power cycling/restarting.
Check to see if this resolved the issue.

Re: InterCon Help
Hi,
Seems as though the reinstall has fixed this problem. I probably should have tried this myself.
But I have a ? This maybe my fault as I’m not familiar with the program.
When opening a new file/drawing in Intercon ….the default hook stays on screen.? I click File> New and I don’t get a blank screen start new drawing.
The hook stays on screen. When I import dxf it installs it over the hook? It did this also before the reinstall.
Your help would be much appreciated…..Doug

Re: InterCon Help
Could you post some screenshots of what you're seeing?
When you first open Intercon with the F5 - CAM button it will have the hook file loaded.
Going to File > New you will be prompted to put in the name of the new file.
At this time the hook will still be visible on the screen until you input the file name and hit Enter.
After hitting enter a blank new file will be loaded and the hook will be removed from the screen.
Is this not the behavior you're seeing?
