Acorn Controller Won’t Connect – Bad BeagleBone?

I’ve been using my Acorn controller for years without issues, but now it won’t connect to the computer, just like what others have reported with older controllers.

After running some tests, it looks like the BeagleBone board is bad. My question is: can I just replace the BeagleBone board, or do I need to replace both the BeagleBone and the controller board?

Any help would be appreciated.

There is a way to "debrick" the board and flash a new controller firmware to it.

Also, people usually ask for more data to make sure it is a faulty firmware issue.

And yes, the BBG can be replaced on it's own, but you will need to do the debrick procedure on the new BBG.
