add 4th axis (A) with OAK board CNC12 and servodelta ASDA-A2
Hello, i need add 4th axis on my cnc centroid OAK CNC12
My French dealer sale to me the set of servo drive DELTA ASDA-A2 and all wires connection and delta 2kw motor
now all wiring is installed but i need configuration for OAK CNC12 and Servo drive DELTA ASDA-A2.
We try with information 264 but no success.
I need your help. Thank's

Tech bulletin 264 mainly goes over the programming and tuning of the drive itself.
Please refer to the Oak installation manual: https://www.centroidcnc.com/downloads/c ... manual.pdf
I would look at page 45 to start since this installation is already up and running otherwise. First step is to save a new report to back up your existing settings.
In step 1, change axis 4 label to "A". Set parameters 303 and 311 to "4". Follow through the steps and make sure the encoder is working right. You probably will not need to change much else with your existing configuration.

Re: add 4th axis (A) with OAK board CNC12 and servodelta ASDA-A2
hello,
we have checked all configuration same of centroid OAK documentation but always not success for 4th axis (A).
for your information we have on my mill machine XYZ axis servo drive centroid AC/DC connected to OAK board in H7 drive com out. Our actual servo Delta ASDA-A2 (4th axis A) is connected to OAK board H6 AXIS4. I need your help please. Thanks

Please post a current report so we can see your exact configuration. Also, what is the specific issue you are having? Does the drive not respond at all to commands from the Oak?

Actually, motor no move and error 410 on the screen.
You can see my report.

Parameter 311 should be from 1-4 depending on which port you have the drive connected to. If it is connected to H6 then you should set P311 to 4. Please let us know if that helps.

I changed 311 parameter to 4 but it's same motor no move

That new error is because you have it set in the scale menu as well. Go to the scale menu (F1 Setup > F3 Config > F2 Machine > F7 Scales) and change the 4th axis scale input to zero.

Double check the polarity of the wiring for the motor power wires
Vérifiez à nouveau la polarité du câblage des moteurs

For information if I connect directly my computer on my Delta servo drive I can move the motor.
