I seem to be having trouble with my PLCIO2
On the PLC102, there are LEDs lit up on the bottom board, but none on the top board.
The LED on the 24V power supply for the inputs is flashing and is not putting out any power.
If I unplug the PLCIO2 from the power supply, the power supply stops flashing (solid green light) and it puts out 24Volts as it should.
Anyone have any idea what I should check?
Is there a PLCIO2 troubleshooting manual online?
Thanks in advance!

Re: PLCIO2 troubleshooting
I am not that familiar with the PLCIO2 but I can offer some general tips.
That sounds like the power supply short circuit protection is activated. If that supply is dedicated to powering the inputs then your first troubleshooting step is to disconnect one thing from the inputs at a time and see if something external is shorting it. If so, chase that down. If not, then it may be a problem with the PLCIO2 itself.

Re: PLCIO2 troubleshooting
Thanks! Thats exactly what I was planning on doing today. My guess is there might be one switch or wire that has shorted to ground. Fingers crossed! Thanks again!

Re: PLCIO2 troubleshooting
Happy to help! Hopefully you will find that shorted wire or component and get back up and running soon.
