Error code 101 return code 63
I’m new to this machine and it was working now it is not

Error in loading font file
Is there a way of restoring back to default

This sounds like a DOS system, running some version of CNC7.

The control serial number is likely in the 6000 series, and can be found on the back cover of the console.

If you know some DOS commands (like DIR and EDIT) then you can look at the date and time, or the content, of the CNC8.HEX file to find out what version of CNC7 it was running.

If you can find out what version of CNC7 it was running, and if you can get files from the Internet onto a floppy disk, then you could re-install CNC7. That might fix your problem, at least temporarily.

You might ultimately find that the hard disk drive is failing, and needs to be replaced.
