Hi all, I recently purchased a Lagunmatic 250 that has been upgraded to run on a Centroid cnc control system. I know it is a M400S but I am not sure how that relates to Acorn or Hickory. I would like a user manual to help me familiarize myself with operating the machine. Any help or at least a point in the right direction would be much appreciated. Right now, I am so new, I don't even know where to go or even the right questions to ask. I am not even sure if this is the right area to post this but it is the most popular so I figured I would start here and if I am in the wrong area, somebody could let me know where I need to go.
Thanks
New guy here

Never mind, I was trying to get there through the site, but a Google search brought up a direct link to the manual. Any other advice or knowledge you wish to share would be appreciated though.

The manual is also located in the CNCT/manual directory and can be access as well with F5 CAM/F2 Manual.
Cheers,
Tom
Confidence is the feeling you have before you fully understand the situation.
I have CDO. It's like OCD, but the letters are where they should be.

If your control serial number is 21063, as indicated in your profile, then you are probably running Linux and CNC10. The v2.70 Mill manual will be most applicable.

Re: New guy here
Thank you so much, it is indeed Linux CNC, and the number is 21063. The power supply is dead, so I had to borrow another power supply from another computer to test it. It booted up with no issues. I just need to figure out how to wire it with 2 phase 220 and a vfd. I think I need to run the VFD 12v for/Rev signal through the contactor for the motor. I just need to figure out if there is any other 240v components than the spindle and coolant pump. The servo motors have 120v on them, do they use the same voltage source as the control circuit? (I know the control circuit is transformed down to 24(I think) Volt.cncsnw wrote: ↑Wed Jul 26, 2023 12:08 am If your control serial number is 21063, as indicated in your profile, then you are probably running Linux and CNC10. This should be the original schematic for that system.
