Centroid 412 mpg1 encoder error

Re: Centroid 412 mpg1 encoder error
If all six limit inputs are green; and you have ca. 160VDC between the VM+ and VM- terminal on the Allin1DC; and your servo motor power cables have not been damaged or disconnected; and all the axes are free to move; and you get no motion on any axis, with either a 410 or 411 stall message, then it is likely you have an internal failure of your Allin1DC unit. You should contact Centroid tech support about sending it in for evaluation and repair.

Re: Centroid 412 mpg1 encoder error
Our shop manager found a blown fuse in the all-in-one. He replaced it and now the machine runs.
We have a new problem though.
Now the spindle will not release the tool during a tool change.
The machine goes to the correct location to deposit and pick a new tool but won't release it.
I have to manually change tools.
Is there a setting in the controller program for this?

Check the drawbar control output signal and the fuse for the associated relay. It should be coming from the 4th relay from the side with black or blue switches.
