ok let me know if this works. I'm attempting to post my report. I loaded it to a USB drive from my computer that's in the garage attached to the acorn. No, I'm inside on my design. Desktop. Building this.

Axis Label Motor Encoder Lash Comp. Limit Home Dir Screw
revs/in counts/rev. (inches) - + - + Rev Comp

Are you sure your mill moves 1" per revolution of the servos ?

Re: Recommendations for PC to run p.m. 940 conversion
No I am not sure I have no real way to figure this out that’s why I’m here asking for the help. is there a way to measure it? I guess I can just move it 1 inch on the display and measure the machine and see if it’s correctly moved 1 inch? I take it you’re asking this because something in the report right here doesn’t look correct??

I mean realistically the servers are pretty small are you asking if one turn equals 1 inch of travel on my machine because there’s no way that’s true. I will try to measure these things later on today

Re: Recommendations for PC to run p.m. 940 conversion
Should be 5.08 for 5mm pitch on the ball screws 25.4/5=5.08

Re: Recommendations for PC to run p.m. 940 conversion
I’ve been trying to get a hold of Arizona Cnc Dave for a few weeks now with no response so I guess I just don’t know the pitch of my ball screws or any of that I’ve had a few questions for him but he has yet to respond kind of funny because when I was buying my kit he would respond within an hour or two of every question I had

Re: Recommendations for PC to run p.m. 940 conversion
If your thinking is correct, do I just simply set that number in front of each access that is currently at 1.000 and swap that for 5.08??

Re: Recommendations for PC to run p.m. 940 conversion
Yes. 5mm pitch is most common.
Than test if you command move 1" that it really moves 1"
