I am using precision hard-stop on my router. Using the Cnc4PC interface board as well. Will report back with accuracy findings after trying what has been suggested here. Hopefully I'll be able to get away with just running the slave Y axis motor through a relay and having it enable after the master has homed.

Thanks fellas!

Have homing working- ended up just doing the user seeks home, with the CPs in home on enable mode, and using a relay to enable to slaved motor once homed. Working great! Just tested the repeatability of the precision hard stop homing, and it appears to be within half a thou. Only long-stroke indicator I have on-hand was a digital deal from HF, but I think it demonstrates the repeatability well enough! Loving this control more and more as I learn the ins and outs.
