Been getting familiar with my PM-940CNC with the acorn controller...
Finally took a part for my dad's Truck project from Fusion 360 design to finished part. This is a clamping bracket for a 2.25 inch diameter street rod power steering actuator on my dad's 58 Chevy truck. The existing clamp is very weak and flexes under turning load - this one will keep it stationary or crush it Ending up just writing a G-code program for the various machining steps this time..
