Well here goes nothing my first post of a completed acorn install on my second machine
The journey started by looking for a lathe to do my conversion and behold I found such a machine a Cyclematic CT-1118CNC fully functioning just had to bypass a step down transformer and find the single phase leg in order to get the system running, But as I found it's computer and the way you would load file file were very old and today try to find a computer with a 3 1/2 floppy so out with all of that stuff what remains is two contacters, VFD with braking resistor, two servo drives with motors and some cable trays a beautiful cabinet.
HPCompaq 8300 Elite Ultra SD PC,Intel i5 3470 3.2GHZ 8G RAM,128GB SSD Win10 wifi
Asus VT168H 15.6" 1366x768 HDMI VGA
CTI Electronics KIT3700 Series Rackmount Industrial Keyboard with Trackball
Yaskawa 616G5 VFD
Yaskawa SGDM-04ADA Drives
Yaskawa SGMAH-4AAA41 Servo motors
I still need to run intercon to see how would she run and do some other test but at least she made a pawn.
