Re: MPU11 and DC3IOB doubts
The logic power supply for the MPU11 will run on anything from 85VAC to 264VAC. The micro-ATX supply for the DC3IO probably has a 110/220 voltage selector slide switch to allow it to run on 220V if desired. The EMI filter in the 24VAC output of the control power transformer is, I believe, an anachro...

Re: Motor tuning
1) What make and model servo motors are you using? 2) What encoders are you using? 3) What is the line count of your encoders? The control will count 4x as many encoder counts per turn as the encoders have lines. For example, 1024-line encoders yield 4096 counts per revolution. 2000-line encoders yi...

Re: Corect motor voltage
Transformers do not output DC power. It is conceivable that your transformer, if it was built for the dedicated purpose of feeding a DC rectifier assembly, could have labels that represent the expected DC voltage after you rectify the AC coming from that set of secondary taps. If that is the case, t...

Re: Running cnc11 demo
Press Alt-S for Cycle Start. If you go to Control Configuration (F1/Setup, F3/Config, F1/Control) you should be able to set "Console Type" to "Keyboard" and get appropriate prompts (e.g. Alt-S and ESC instead of CYCLE START and CYCLE CANCEL). I think you can also press Alt-J to b...

Re: I can't get past step 4.4.7 in the manual.
I don't see anything marked DF LED. There are 5 green LEDs in that area, that stay lit all the time. They do not change when pushing the Estop button. According to the DC3IOB manual there are six LEDs there: three in a column near the edge of the board, and three in a column set back a half inch or...

Re: MPG's and joystick
All the things you want to do are possible with CNC10, and should be possible with CNC11 and MPU11. Scott can verify.

Re: Ajax CNC Mach3 3-axis mill conversion thread
My mistake, I momentarily forgot you were using Mach and not CNC11.
Since you are using a separate home switch instead of homing off the limit switch, limit switch settings and wiring would not be affecting your homing process.

Re: Ajax CNC Mach3 3-axis mill conversion thread
On the Machine Configuration, Motor parameters screen: do you have the same input numbers entered for minus and plus home switch inputs as you have entered for minus and plus limit switch inputs? If not: if, for example, your minus and plus limits are entered as 4 and 3, while your minus and plus ho...

Re: Jog keys not working
Did Z move smoothly before you ran Autotune?
What type of servo drives, motors, and position feedback are you using?
Is it possible that Autotune shook your encoder loose?
