Re: Hardinge Accuslide Gang Tool Lathe Acorn Conversion
My plan is to purchase an hour of support time and sort through what I need then. Been busy. Will do when schedule allows.

Re: TT-4 on lathe how to start
I bought the lathe TT-4 for my lathe as well. Spend many hours trying to get it working reliably and finally gave up. Interested to see if you have better luck with it.

Re: Hardinge Accuslide Gang Tool Lathe Acorn Conversion
I have the Accuslide running OP2 on production parts I make for my business. OP1 is on a 1986 Okuma LB12 two axis lathe with the original control. It’s a great running old machine. OP2 is this simple threading operation. Perfect for the Accuslide. I wish I could figure out edge break chamfers in Int...

Acorn Lathe tool offset question
Calling tools with four digit number: T0101, T0202, etc. Screen shows T00001, T0002, etc. Lathe build thread is in my signature. It's a gang tool lathe. Wondering why it's not showing T0101, etc? It's working correctly. I ran a big batch of these parts without issue today. Just don't understand the ...

Can someone give me a hand with Intercon Lathe Chamfers?
I've spent hours trying to figure out the intercon lathe chamfer function. I've read the manual. I just don't get how it works. Can someone please explain or give me a hand with this? I'm sure it's easy once I understand it. I'm wanting to break the edge at Z-.9 in the attached intercon file. Thank ...

I use the wireless MPG to clean up stock prior to machining and similar operations all the time. Works great for me.

Re: Tree Journeyman 425 mill retrofit
Well said, Marty. I agree on all points. I'm happy with the machine. I'm not aware of another manufacturer that offers NEMA standard mounting and ZRI output. I have two machines running on the DMM DYN4 motors and drives, and they run great now!
