Once you start building cnc cabinets you will wonder how you ever did it before. Everything fits together so nice. All of the holes are drilled and perfect. I sold 3 machines after I got my cnc machine running. I don't crosscut plywood anymore. It's pretty awsome.

I am looking for some input. Is anyone using Mozaik Software for their Acorn CNC mill? I have been playing with Fusion 360 but I am concerned about nesting my cabinets with Fusion so have been considering using Mozaik instead. The nesting seems more to my liking. Well it's not pretty but it does a lot of work. It cuts out all of my cabinet parts and does carvings when I ask it too. Chinese steppers, and drives, now with 1200 oz nema 34's on the long x. Have to say that i'm impressed. I didn't do an older version upgrade. I installed the latest board version and software as an upgrade from Mach3. Other than a couple hiccups due to looking without seeing, it went well. I installed Clint's tool touch off macro and connected my spindle vfd just fine. ...

So here is one for you guys. Trying to home and Y wants to home to the +. I did have to reverse the direction on that axis. Should I have switched a wire instead, or would that equate to the same thing? Or is there a setting to change what direction it home to?

yep, it hot now. Was just like the leadshine, only I have +5v on enable also. Working on limits now. Should be back up and running soon. Just have to figure out the touch off system and tune and ,and and...LOL

I'm really excited to give this new system a rip. I've been struggling with Mach 3 for over 2 years now. It's just not a stable platform at all.

Got it. litterally as many ways to wire these drives as the are boards to hook them up to. 5v dc to enable+, puls+ and dir+. lots of jumpers.
