try and comment out line 35 "G64 ON ......" and then force smoothing ON in the CNC12 smoothing menu then run the job again. That's what I did off to the side in the second half of that video. I commented it out and then chose "Precision Router" before I started it agian. ;)

Here's a video comparison. It's prevalent from start to end. I also tried all other smoothing parameters, and the result were similar for each.

Hey David,

I much prefer the K400r keyboard if you can get them. They have larger directional arrow keys. Keyboard jogging active with Alt-j, and hold the FN key while using the pg up/pg dn arrow keys should make them work.

Those drives should have a LED that will flash with fault code, so that would give you a visual of which one is faulting.
