Sure it is possible:
But not with G112, you have to use CAM or for such simple shapes a spreadsheet.

Re: Rough Motion on Circular Toolpaths
Do you have a manual from the servo driver?

I think it is possible to build a SSV function in the PLC...

Without the g-code file it is difficult to help you...

Re: turning radius - surface with steps
I do not think it is a software problem since my lathe is turning without visible steps.
I would try to use sharp inserts and play with U W in G70.

Re: Lathe fourth axis active tooling
My lathe is with XZCY axis, no problem for Acorn6 Lathe ultimate version.
At the moment G2/3 is not running in XY plane, but short vector linear moves will work to mill arcs.
Intercon is only for 2 axis, you have to use CAD/CAM or handcode

Re: Lathe fourth axis active tooling
Not sure what you want, the machine on the pic do not have a real Y axis.
But with a C-axis you could interpolate a Y-axis.
C-Axis will be the third axis on a lathe.
I have made a PP for fusion to do this on a lathe with Centroid CNC

Re: Rough Motion on Circular Toolpaths
Could also be a problem with rigidity tunning... I use 1 turn/2.5mm on my machines to keep the servo rpm higher = more power while cutting and they run butter smooth, no vibrations. I tune rigidity till they jitter and then back off the settings a little bit till they run smooth and hold a position ...

Looks like this is tied together with your analogue out problems

Re: Analog Out weirdness, please help
For the spindle a KBSI-240D will do the job.
