Someone told me that using the slave on the c86 board would not allow auto squaring using cnc12. Should I switch the slaved motor to the 4th axis and just pair them in cnc12 instead? Not sure if that makes sense. I have a hard time wrapping my head around all this.

Yes I do, before I put the c86accp board on it has never had a problem with auto squaring or homing

Thanks for the info! As far as the boards I don’t know who made them, or if they even have a name. I had the router put together for me and they came with it. Wish I could have been more help. Just trying to come up with a simple solution as it’s only my z motor and pcb that is having issues
