Ahh, that makes sense. We'll run the rest of our configuration in CNC12.
Thank you for the tip, we're on track now and this makes the post situation pretty simple.

Re: Changing Axis Names to "X, Y, A, B"
Sorry to bump, really just wondering if this will be easier to do on the control side or in post.

Swissi, This looks amazing. I'm in the process of setting it up right now. Forgive me as I'm trying to wrap my head around the range of functionality. I have only a fixed probe. I'm unsure what the workflow would look like if I desired to set the initial Z0 manually (via shimming) and then immediate...

Re: Unexpected mpg disconnect.
Same thing happened to me, opened the wizard and the MPG was toggled to "none".
Just thought I'd bump with a report and the same occurrence. Otherwise everything is working great, just a mysterious bit flip or something. Not sure what anyone makes of it.
Thanks and regards,
- Austin

Additive Manufacturing De-Powdering System
Hi Guys, This is my third AcornCNC retrofit and I'm very happy with the way it turned out. At work we use a laser-melting additive manufacturing system. We can print fully dense parts out of extremely tough materials (Inconel, titanium, etc) with wrought properties and in virtually any shape. It's a...

Update: Resolved by reinstalling CNC12. Simple enough, must have lost power at a bad time.

PLC Program Checksum Error (RESOLVED)
All, I've been bringing up a machine with 2 rotary axes and clearpath servos. Everything was working great for a few days in terms of jogging, motion via MDI, etc. All axes homing and moving as expected, everything was functional. At one point however, I hit the "save changes" button on th...

Re: Clearpath HLFB Use
Hi Gary, Thanks for the post. You've put together an informative video regarding the relay solution. What I'm curious about is going about using the isolated nature of the HLFB circuitry in the clearpath servos to daisy-chain the "Drive OK" signal through them, without the use of relays. I...
