I found the problem ,the setup was still in bench test and not Dyn 4, i remember setting it to Dyn 4 but i must not have saved it correctly.

Hello i need a little help ,i updated to the cnc12 4.5 software and i have a issue were i lost the software stopped reading the marker pulses from my
servos DYN 4 's from DMM tech .

I copied everything in as before and installed the custom home file in the new software i got it from Marty a long ...

I believe you are Feed per revolution instead of feed per minute ,and if you put 8 in FPR ,Acorn will run away to the max extent of your z axis and blow thru any limit you have set up, home or limit ask me how i know .
I looked at your g code file for facing and you had it in a G99 instead of a G98 ...

I am having some weird issue's that i can not get around , problems with control panel not working but working from usb pendant .
1. spindle speed will not go up and down if in manual mode ,but will work on pendant and also it will not allow spindle to shut down, sporadic.
2. Axis continues to jog ...

Yes it is correct as to your drawing ,it would be pretty funny if it was not ,as i have been running it that way for over ten years ,guess i will just live with it and mark a Plus and Minus on the control.

Hi Marty, when i jog the pendant the X- jogs away from the part instead of towards the part, and the z- axis jogs towards the chuck as it should.

I tried inverting the signal but if you do that then your jog buttons on your , pc screen are the wrong direction and then right on the pendant .

Hi Marty ,what is going on is i have a lathe with a front tool post ,when i turn the mpg wheel to the right, that is as you are looking at it ,x axis should move to the minus toward zero in x, mine moves the other direction .

It is really screwing me up , it is set for a rear tool post and not a ...
