just follow the factory diagram, put 540 BLU on 24V and make sure the switch is set for PNP.
I will use 540 on 24V and default switch @ PNP position. The Teco from what I remember doesn't run on external commands out of the box. Make sure you go through the parameters and set it to ...

Re: TECO 7300CV single phase / Allin1 need clarification wiring
It appears the analog input and analog output both use the same common (COM). The All-in-one DC also uses the same common for both input and output, so you can choose to run just three wires, or (if you are using paired wires) you can run four anyway.
I dont have an actual (COM) connection...

Re: TECO 7300CV single phase / Allin1 need clarification wiring
Thanks for the reply, looks like it mostly makes sense, S6 looks to be the reset. I thought it was S4, could probably set S4 to reset but why when S6 is default reset. Can you help me understand "(if using pnp) or COM (if using npn) <- selected by switch" I see the switches but not sure wh...

TECO 7300CV single phase / Allin1 need clarification wiring
Hey guys, need some clarification on how to wire up TECO to ALLIN1DC. TECO manual help, chapter 3. TECO 7300CV.jpg ALLIN1DC.jpg CV7300 Instruction Manual 11-05.pdf I have read that if its not wired correctly.. = smoke. the TECO manual is not as clear as the Centroid schematic verbiage. if someone co...

Re: Encoder Basics
Can someone verify if this encoder is acceptable for allin1?
SEM
755/HV
PPR:1250
No: 740594
747-1-46861
V+: 5-24
I am unsure because the other two encoders on this machine were Heidenhain TTL, and are unusable due to "TTL"
Thanks

Re: Fuses vs Breakers question
I bought some of these ROGY JVM16-63, Class C rated 20 amp din rail mount. I think they are same style you referred to (e.g. the Eaton FAZ-...-NA series) https://www.ebay.com/itm/JVM1C20-Rogy-Din-Rail-Circuit-Breaker-1-Pole-20-Amp-277V-New-UL1077/121381326206?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksi...

Re: Question to the forum,, VFD / spindle HP recomendation to ridgid tap
Thank you CNCKeith that is what I wanted to know. 2hp is what I will stay with. I have a tecoVFD and a BR I will use. Is a Breakresistor advisable on a mill? I am not sure if CAM or conversational centroid software places G code for stopping spindal or how that all works.. i assume it applies some s...

Fuses vs Breakers question
For an allin1 cnc conversion what is the prefered safety device for circuit protection? Fuses or Breakers? Same amp rating. Is there a difference?
I would think breakers are better as they are resetable..
