Scott,
I did not install a new plc, only the CNC11 software, I was very careful about this.
Any other ideas?

Re: Software Update CNC11 V3.10
I just upgraded from CNC11 V3.08 to Software Update CNC11 V3.10
Now when the mill homes out it does not look for the Index pulse, and I get the warning that the encoder count is off. Every time that I home, I get a different encoder count.
I re-installed V3.08 and the mill homes to the index pulse ...

**Resolved** Disable Encoder Faults
ALL-IN-1_DC
CNC11 Lathe

Good morning,
I am receiving an Encoder Differential Error on Axis 6. This is my spindle encoder.
Could you please let me know what the code is to temporarily suppress this error using Parameter 332 and/or 334
Thank you,
Anthony

Re: System stopped working, will not home or jog.
It appears that the DC3IOB sent to me is in Legacy Mode.
According to the Manual:
"When operating in legacy mode....the
base axis / error number display (LED1)....will display 0 during normal legacy mode operation and
will flash an error code if errors are detected."
And:

Re: System stopped working, will not home or jog.
Thank you for the response.
The optical error I did not write down and it is not in the log.
I measured the voltage at the board.
I did not make any changes to the software, and checked my PID config just now =ok
I hate the thought of pulling that board out; but, I guess that is the only ...

System stopped working, will not home or jog.
Centroid CNC11 with DC3IO and Ajax 29in/lb motors.
This is a newer system, only used about 30 days since install.
The system was working on thurday without any problems. I finished a part and performed a normal shut-down.
Saturday I turned on the machine and pressed cycle start to home the machine ...
