I also have a pm-30 and am using a kbsi-240D and have a similar problem. When I disconnect 240v to the motor the 0-5 output from the kbsi is steady after I connect 240v if fluctuates. Above 1200 rpm is it not so bad but when the voltage goes lower is it not a steady output. The acorn output voltage ...
